You will receive an email from us to confirm your email address with a copy of our E-Sign Disclosure and Agreement. Please review the attachment and click on the link provided in the email to agree to the terms of our E-Sign Disclosure and Agreement. Your loan officer will then review and send your real estate appraisal report.
