The initial cost of this card is $3.95 and is collected at time of purchase. It is not reloadable and has a $2.95 monthly maintenance fee after the 6th month if a balance remains. These cards have a minimum load limit of $10.00 up to a maximum load limit of $1,000.00. The expiration on the gift card is 3 years.

Reloadable Card
The initial cost of this card is $3.00 and is collected at time of purchase. An instant issued card is reloadable up to 3 times total. After the third reload, you will receive a personalized card which offers unlimited reloads. There is a $2.50 reload fee at time of reload. This card can be used instead of a checking account. There is a monthly maintenance fee of $3.00, however this fee will be waived if you have direct deposit. These cards have a minimum load limit of $20.00 to a maximum load limit of $3,000.00. The expiration on the reloadable card is 3 years. The minimum age to purchase the card is 18 years of age.
